These webinars serve an important purpose of:
- Connecting CNS Correspondents Team and other health, science and development journalists, especially from Asian and African low- and middle-income countries with noted experts
- Connecting health advocates from low- and middle-income countries with noted experts and facilitating knowledge sharing, online dialogue and information exchange
- Connecting the dots: Moderating an online open session (including open session) between participants and webinar panel of experts for better understanding of specific health issues as well as how they connect/ link up with other health and development issues
- Increasing quality coverage of health priorities post-webinar and raising visibility of key issues
