According to the WHO, 8.2 million people die each year from cancer, an estimated 13% of all deaths worldwide. New cancer cases are estimated to increase by 70% over the next two decades if we fail to act now.  Tobacco use is the single largest preventable cause of cancer in the world causing 22% of cancer deaths and around 70% of global lung cancer deaths.
